The Crew added not one, but two, W’s to their record Wednesday night, first by beating the Marlins 3-2 in 13 in a continuation of Tuesday night’s game, then following up with a 5-2 win in the regularly scheduled game. Elmer Dessens got the win in the first game; Dave Bush got it in the second; Coco Cordero got the save in both. The wins put Milwaukee above .500 at 5-4 and in a three way tie for first with the Reds and Cardinals. The Brewers open a three game road series against the Cardinals on Friday, with Ben Sheets trying to recover from his outing against the Cubs.
