If there was one complaint I had about the current group of Brewers jerseys, it’s that there wasn’t a road jersey that had “Milwaukee” on the front. I’ve literally been begging for this for years. When rumors about a possible uniform change started to heat up this winter, I got even more excited.
Well, it looks like my dream has finally become reality. According to Tyler Barnes, the Brewers have a new alternate road jersey. It’s blue, and it has “Milwaukee” on the front. And there was much rejoicing:
The next step is to make the change to the grays, too, but let’s just be happy we have at least one jersey with the city’s name on it. Thoughts?
