Brook Lopez and Andray Blatche miss Monday's practice with sprained ankles, but are expected to play tonight's game vs Jazz

Brook (right ankle) and Blatche (left ankle) are a little banged-up, but not severely

With the Nets getting ready to take on the Utah Jazz at Barclays tonight in an attempt to get back to .500, two of Brooklyn's big men are dealing with some minor ailments which may affect how they play this evening.

Both Brook Lopez and Andray Blatche sprained their ankles during Sunday night's loss to the Magic in Orlando, with Brook hurting his right and Andray his left. Lopez and Blatche sat out of Monday's Nets' practice to rest their ailments but are believed to be available for tonight's game against Utah.

The Nets really can't afford significant injuries to Lopez, for sure, and to Blatche as well, since Brook anchors the Brooklyn frontcourt and Andray stabilizes the reserves. Ankle and foot injuries tend to be problematic for big men, so it's very good news that the sprains suffered by the pair aren't expected to be serious.
