In a move completely opposite of what the League has done and said in the past, tonight's Boston Bruins-Tampa Bay Lightning game is postponed. And probably for the best. The driving ban is lifted at 4pm but the MBTA is down and good luck finding parking.
Tonight's TBL/BOS game has been postponed due to continuing, weather-related State of Emergency that is in effect in BOS. Make-up date TBA.

A make-up date will be announced as soon as it can be confirmed.
Although both Clubs and the assigned on-ice officials are in Boston, travel conditions remain too hazardous for fans, security personnel and TD Garden staff to get to the arena.
We kinda wish Steve Downie still played for Tampa so he could show up to the Garden and recreate this.
Now Marchand can go back to what he really wants to do today anyways.
S/T to Ty Anderson for getting the word out first. Giving credit where credit is due.
