Goducks.com announced Thursday that a Celebration of Life ceremony for Bryan Campbell, son of Oregon running backs coach Gary Campbell and his wife Alola, will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Matthew Knight Arena. The public is invited.
It’s an opportunity to show support for the Campbell family and honor the remarkable life of their son, who was born with a crippling neuromuscular disease and wasn’t supposed to live more than a year.
Doors for the service open at 2:30. The official announcement also states:
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a charitable donation be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Donations can be made in Bryan’s memory and payable to MDA at the following address –
MDA – Bryan’s Fund
1500 Valley River Drive, Suite 300
