Another week is in the books, and the Buckeyes in the NFL again made headlines with some spectacular performances. Let’s dive into the action and see how they did.
NFL’s Leading Rusher Is…
None other than Ezekiel Elliott. After his best rushing performance of the year, 28 carries for 157 yards, Zeke leads the NFL in rushing with 703 yards on the season so far. Only Eric Dickerson had more yards through six games than Zeke did (783 in 1983), and he went on to rush for over 1800 yards that season. Elliott also became the first rookie running back to rush for 130 yards in four straight games. I’d say that Zeke is right in the MVP discussion early on this season.

Ezekiel Elliott's 703 rush yards are the 2nd-most through a player's first 6 career games since 1933, behind Eric Dickerson (787 in 1983). pic.twitter.com/ykzK5PoX4L

Terrelle Pryor on Pro-Bowl Pace:
The Browns have been a laughing stock again this year, but their lone bright spot has been wide receiver Terrelle Pryor. Pryor had nine receptions for 75 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday in the Browns 28-26 loss to the Giants.
Terrelle Pryor tied for 8th in the AFC in receiving yards (413) and tied for 4th with 3 TDs.

Pryor may not play next week against the Bengals as he is dealing with a hamstring injury. If he can’t go the Browns offense will surely struggle without their top play maker available.
.@TerrellePryor is a match-up problem, doesn't matter how tight the coverage is.#CLEvsTENhttps://t.co/4tAWQeUfts

Shrug It Off:
While little Bosa is doing his thing for the Buckeyes now, big brother Joey is taking the NFL by storm. After sitting out the first four weeks with an injury, Joey has been tearing up offensive lines in the two weeks since. In their Thursday night match-up with the Broncos, Bosa made only one tackle but it was on Trevor Siemian, and he also had 2 other quarterback hits.
One more note re Bosa: SD not trying to pigeonhole him into OLB. Hasn't dropped into coverage once. 74% of snaps he's had hand on ground

You can see that he is playing lights out with 14 pressures already in just two weeks. Even though he may not be getting the tackles or the sacks every week, his presense on the defensive line has to strike fear into opposing quarterbacks.

#Shhhhhh
One of the more under the radar guys in the NFL is wide receiver Michael Thomas on the New Orleans Saints. While the Saints haven’t had a great season so far, they have been passing the ball very efficently and Thomas has been the beneficiary of a lot of those throws. He has 26 receptions for 307 yards and three touchdowns now on the season. He now has a touchdown in the last three games that the Saints have played and is becoming a big time target for Drew Brees. The Saints took down the defending NFC Champions in the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

After the game Corey “Philly” Brown and Thomas exchanged jerseys in what has become a Buckeye tradition this season. It is nice to see the brotherhood of Ohio State football stays so strong afte guys have left Columbus.
