Taking a quick look at our bowl prospects, it looks like a BCS bid is still ours to grab, and it should be in the Rose. But we need some help.
First, we need to win out. That will seal our spot as the #2 Big Ten team, behind Penn State.
We also need Penn State to win out, giving them a 12-0 record. Their schedule is light, save for Michigan State.
Follow that up with one loss from either Texas or Alabama. Bama looks to be the weaker, and I don’t think they’ll go unbeaten.
That scenario puts us in the Rose Bowl….against USC. And this time, we’ll have Beanie and Pryor starting. Oh, yes. I want that rematch!
