Bucs assistant coaches dropping like flies

University of Florida Defensive coordinator Dan Quinn has turned down the Tampa Bay  Buccaneers job offer of same position. Its going to become comment fodder all day as CHEAP will creep back into the conversation towards the Bucs ownership and front house management.

Quinn makes half a million with the Gators, and the Bucs now have a reported history of underpaying assistant coaches, and not signing them to long contracts, normally 2 year deals with the 2nd year an option.

Thats not going to cut it if thats true, and the Glazers and Mark Dominik need to go out and make a signature hire to dispell any notion of such a practice, true or false. Its already late in the game, and already a few men have turned down the positions.

The Glazers and Mark Domink have come out and said they will spend and do what it takes to bring winning back to Tampa Bay. Spending some money with a nice long term (5 years to match Schiano’s) contracts will go a long way in achieving that goal for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
