Tampa Bay Buccaneers Video of the Day: 2010 LeGarrette Blount’s first NFL Carry

Congrats to Jackson Goy who won a Bucs DVD for answering the FACEBOOK trivia question; The first Blount run was against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he ran over people for a first down. Thanks Jackson, and thanks for shaping our new policy…all contest winners MUST be in the USA! Jackson, as it seems, LIVES IN THE LAND DOWN UNDER!! But I keep my word! 2010 Bucs at Cardinals will be on the way.

The Bucs were getting around 2 yards per carry with Cadillac the first few games of the season, so they decided to try their new running back picked up off Tennessee’s roster when the Titans tried to clear Blount off waivers to put him on their Practice squad. The Bucs snagged him up, and gave him his first carry against Pittsburgh with the Bucs down 7-3 and 5:42 left in the first quarter. It was 2nd and 10.

Was.

Bucs fans had not seen a Tampa Bay runner do this since Mike Alstott.
