Flashback 2007
The Bucs were coming off a disastrous 2006 which saw their defense become absolutely normal. Without Mike Tomlin and Rod Marinelli, the Bucs DBs and DLs were mediocre at best. The Bucs went out in 2007 and brought back Raheem Morris to take over the secondary, and Larry Coyer for the Dline, and the changed the atmosphere and production on the defense.
After an opening day loss in Seattle in which new QB Jeff Garcia was knocked out of the game as well as Cadillac Williams, the Bucs rebounded with a home win over the Saints that included highlight reel TDs by Joey Galloway.
The Next week the Rams came to town, and after a whole half of football the Bucs were ahead 3-0.
Thats right,Three to Zero. Then Mr. August got a few carries after Cadillac Williams put the rock on the ground. Mr. August, AKA Earnest Graham, did not disappoint.
In a few weeks Cadillac Williams was lost for the year, and Earnest Graham took over at tailback and performed superbly.
