Buffalo Bills Podcast with Optimum Scouting

wos346

On a special edition of the Bills podcast, we are joined by Eric Galko, who is the director of scouting at Optimum Scouting Department. Eric has a staff of 8 scouts who go all over the country and scout collegiate football players. Eric covered the NFL Draft this weekend in NYC and even attended the Senior Bowl, where he interviewed soon to be and now current Bills, Kelvin Sheppard and Chris White. Be sure to check out his site,  where he has lists of the 400 best prospects in the country, mock drafts, top 100 players from small schools and even starts prepping for next year’s draft. His staff has worked as consultants with a variety of teams and agents in the past, and have scouted the entire FBS and FCS level.

Be sure to follow him on twitter, as he always encourages people to ask him questions about collegiate players.

For this podcast, Eric talks about all 9 players the Bills drafted. What are their strengths? What are their weaknesses? What were their sleepers? What were their reaches? Can some of them start next year? Eric seems to know his stuff, as he totally talks like a scout: Fast and quick to the point. Hope you guys enjoy it.

BTW, We did have some technical issues, as Skype was really acting up. So, at times, the audio drops. We actually ended up talking about Kelvin Sheppard twice, but I’m sure you guys won’t mind that. Enjoy the podcast and be sure to forward it to your friend. You can’t find many draft experts who talk about all 9 picks by the Bills.
