It wasn’t pretty for the Bearcats tonight. After a 14-0 lead, the Bearcats seemed to relax, and the Bulldogs went right for the throat. Colburn threw for 4 touchdowns. Harrell had about 3 sacks. Carter had at least 2. To make it worse, Carter had both of them while being blocked by Isaiah fucking Pead. I love Pead, but he can’t block Carter. Neither could any of the UC linemen. CJ Cobb even got pulled. The line was incredibly shitty. The secondary was incredibly shaky after the first quarter. Fresno scored on their last 2 drives of the half, and dominated after that. A Zach Collaros fumble turned the tables. A shitty weekend for the Big East, and a shitty start to the Butch Jones era. Hopefully this isn’t a Steve Kragthrope scenario, where a Big East program goes to the BCS, the coach leaves, and a mid major coach comes in with some expectations and is in over his head.
