Burning River Radio 3.2: Big Bad John

Another week and another guest host as this time new contributor John Hutchison joins me on the show. It has been a big couple of weeks for the Indians and we discuss the two big moves, the trade for Brandon Moss and the signing of Gavin Floyd. In the middle of all that is a long discussion on the value of defense and young players and how to fix all the Indians problems free of charge.

After the Tribe talk, we get into some foreign relations as we discuss the possible ramifications of removing the Cuban embargo. This includes how it could affect the league, the Indians and the individuals who would be free to seek employment outside of their own country in addition to a baseball history lesson concerning the two nations. Finally, we wrap things up by getting to know John a little better by finding out what the Indians mean to him.
