Here once again is Canada’s Olympic Broadcasting Consortium’s coverage plans, this time for Day 4 of the 2010 Winter Olympiad in Vancouver. Plenty of stuff to choose from.

Snowboard Cross – Canada’s ‘fab four’ Mike Robertson, Rob Fagan, François Boivin and Drew Neilson vie to be the first Canadian to take home a medal in this event (CTV, Rogers Sportsnet, OLN, RDS, ATN)

Long Track Speed Skating – Jeremy Wotherspoon looks for redemption by attempting to win an elusive Olympic Games gold medal in the men’s 500m (CTV, Rogers Sportsnet, RDS)

Figure Skating: Pairs – Canadian champions Jessica Dubé and Bryce Davison return to the ice for the free skate with the hopes of making the podium (CTV, Rogers Sportsnet, V, OMNI – Mandarin and Portuguese)

Women’s Hockey – Team Canada’s women’s hockey team continues its quest for a third consecutive Olympic Games gold medal, facing off against Switzerland in their second game of the Games (CTV, TSN, V, APTN)

OLYMPIC MORNING – The First Nations snowboard team shares its dreams about what the 2010 Winter Games mean to them and their goals for Sochi 2014. Founded in 2004 by Aaron Marchant, a member of the Squamish Nation, with support from VANOC and local ski resorts, the team operates with two goals: to see an Aboriginal athlete win an Olympic Games medal in snowboard, and to introduce Aboriginal kids to the joys of sports.

LE RÉVEIL OLYMPIQUE – Alexandre Bilodeau appears in-studio the day after competing in the men’s moguls event. Nathalie Lambert, Chef de Mission for Vancouver 2010 and a three-time Olympic Games medallist in short track speed skating, chats with host Claude Mailhot.

ETALK and FASHIONTELEVISION – Leah Miller and FLASHPOINT star Enrico Colantoni get a curling lesson from Olympian Kevin Martin and Jeanne Beker sits down with supermodel Cindy Crawford.

MOD LIVE @ THE BASE – B.C. boys Mad Child and Prevail of Swollen Members take to the stage for an interview and performance and MuchMusic VJs Sarah Taylor, Tim Deegan, Jesse Giddings, and Liz Trinnear continue the quest for VJ gold! MuchMusic devotes a full hour to exclusive coverage of the star-studded nightly concerts from the Vancouver and Whistler Victory Ceremonies. Monday’s artist is Gregory Charles.
