Canadians Are Watching The Olympics Too

With CTV providing blanket coverage of the Winter Olympics, the viewership numbers are staggering. We expect final numbers at 5 p.m. ET, but check out the preliminary viewership.

27.7 Million Canadians Experience Vancouver 2010 on Day 2

A total of 27.7 million Canadians, representing 83% of the population, experienced the 2010 Winter Games yesterday on the platforms of Canada’s Olympic Broadcast Media Consortium, a figure even greater than Opening Day. The total CUME (Canadian Unique Multimedia Engagement) index through Day 2 of the Games is now 29.4 million Canadians, meaning 88% of the population has experienced the Consortium’s coverage of Vancouver 2010 so far.
