It’s summer. There’s no hockey to watch. CBA negotiations are underway. And, we are desperate to see what the new CBJ roster can do. Who understands this unique feeling of anxiety and anticipation better than fellow Blue Jackets fans? So why not hang out with a bunch of them?
This Sunday, from 1-4 PM, join the Union Blue family in attendance at the 3rd Annual Cannonfest! If you have never been to this event, it’s a great opportunity to visit with other fans, chat up hockey and be with folks who love the Blue Jackets. EVERYONE is welcome and this year promises to be better than ever! There are drink and food specials and TWO – count them TWO – video’s from the genius mind of Tom Larrow. Both fan supporter groups, Arch City Army and the Jacket Backers will be there as well.
So come out to Cannonfest! Again, its THIS Sunday, the 19th, from 1-4 at Buffalo Wild Wings – 968 W. Fifth Avenue in Grandview. Be sure to RSVP in advance (the event is free – this is to ensure that the organizers plan for everyone who is coming out). And, why not pick up some swag while you’re at it? The Cannonfest store is open and ready for business.
