If no one has more photos, Absolutely NO ONE gives better coverage of last nights camp than Pewter Report. However one caveat, you need to be an insider. My subscription expired the other day…three years goes by quick! You can renew or sign up for only 10 dollars!
One nice thing about the great people at PR, we can report their findings as long as we dont copy it! Well some may find the news disappointing. Jeff Faine has reported to camp a bit over 10 pounds under last years weight, probably because of the muscle related injuries he’s had in the last two years. You may say..”No problem, Zuttah is our future Center anyways”. True, but the Boston College product has hardly put on any weight to his frame in the last 4 seasons. Then again, he’s 300, and thats a good weight for Center.
Cody Grimm is showing signs of his injury- and could find himself beat out by Corey Lynch at his Safety Spot.
Roy Cummings has been covering the Buccaneers for 2 decades at least- Here he talks about how the defense could go basic out of necessity.
New Bucs D-Line Coach Keith Millard is in charge of the pass rush-he was a specialist himself with the Minnesota Vikings, garnering 18 sacks in 1989, still an NFL record for most sacks for a Defensive Tackle. Trib’s Ira Kaufman talks about Millard being psyched up for this gig.
St. Pete Times’ Stephen F Holder discusses Earnest Graham and Tampa Bay’s running back combination options. I have a feeling todays video of the day will be an HD clip of former Mr. August.
Confused about when the Bucs can use pads? Read Joe Smith and Stephen F Holder’s article here about it.
Here are some great Videos from Buccaneers.com- Raheem Morris press conference, Buccaneers Insider for July 31st, and MEET Mason Foster video.
