The news of Brian Elliott returning to the St. Louis net was widely circulated over a day before the team’s game against the Vancouver Canucks. Apparently no one told the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) about Elliott’s return or maybe they were hoping to see Jake Allen.

That image is just a bit too perfect. Elliott’s name is displayed on his sweater right next to the Allen graphic.
For what it’s worth, the graphic does have the “First start since Feb. 22nd” line correct, but all of the stats belong to Allen.
