The Celtics will be racking up the frequent flyer miles this year. Not only does their regular season schedule include a game against Sacramento in Mexico City, their preseason schedule will take them to Italy and Spain.
October 6 against Olimpia Milano in Milan, Italy before taking on Real Madrid in Madrid, Spain on Thursday, October 8 as part of the NBA Global Games Europe 2015.
The preseason line-up also includes contests against Atlantic Division rivals Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks. The team will travel to New York to face the Nets on Wednesday, October 14 and Knicks on Friday, October 16. The Celtics will then host the Nets and Knicks at the TD Garden on Monday, October 19 and Thursday, October 22. Tickets for preseason games played at TD Garden will go on sale in September.
The Celtics will close out preseason play against the Philadelphia 76ers at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire on Friday, October 23
