Marcus Smart joins teammates Avery Bradley, Tyler Zeller & Jerryd Bayless as a member of Team Adidas. Adidas has already locked up fellow rookies Dante Exum, Andrew Wiggins and Joel Embid. I first noticed Smart was rocking the stripes during Orlando Summer League:

Well it appears that now it’s official.
Sole Collector has some of the details:
Earlier today, ESPN’s Jeff Goodman reported that Joel Embiid and Marcus Smart will also be wearing stripes.
Embiid, the third overall pick in last month’s draft, could miss this season while recovering from foot surgery, but was regarded the consensus number one pick prior to his injury. He wore adidas during his stay at Kansas.
Taken by the Boston Celtics at sixth overall, Smart was the Big 12 Player of the Year at Oklahoma State last season. He was recently spotted wearing the D Rose 773 III during Summer League.
As far as numbers are concerned, Goodman added, “Embiid gets $1.5 million total over 4 years, Smart will get $1.2 total.”
