Rajon Rondo has recently been spotted wearing a black & green “away” colorway of a new shoe from Anta. Even though the Chinese sneaker company has yet to confirm they’ve signed Rajon, it’s becoming clear he’ll be wearing the company’s kicks this season.
Today at Celtics practice, he was seen in a white & green “home” version of the same shoe. My sneaker spies CSNNE’s Jessica Camerato tweeted a photo of him in the kicks from today’s Celtics workout. I’ve tried to get confirmation from Anta that Rondo is on board, but mum is still the word from them. Hopefully we’ll hear more as the season gets closer. Speaking of which, the C’s open up their preseason tomorrow night at TD Garden. The Toronto Raptors are their first opponent and tip-off is scheduled for 7:30pm EST.
