Sneakerhead and YouTuber Yoanty had the opportunity to meet Kelly Olynyk today. “The Klynyk” was doing a signing/photo event at Roster in the Natick Mall.
Yoanty had a brief discussion with Kelly in which the Celtics rookie said the Nike Kobe series is his favorite shoe to ball in. He was rocking a red pair today. He also told Yoanty that he signed with Nike and will rock their shoes this upcoming season. Kelly wore the Kobe VII “World Basketball Festival” throughout Summer League in Orlando and I’d bet he’ll be getting at his Nike rep for some Celtics-themed VIII’s this upcoming season.
