Drafted in the 15th round of the June, 2013 draft, according to the Los Angeles Angels Director of Scouting Ric Wilson, Chad Hinshaw has the best plate discipline overall for all the players taken this year by the Angels. With a .381/.500/.405 line at the time of this writing, that’s proving to be very prophetic.
