Changes to Power Play

Steve Zipay at Blue Notes reports that John Tortorella will be making some changes on the power play…

“To try to cash in with a man advantage, the Rangers will leave Wolski on the power play first unit withGaborik and Brandon Dubinsky, but move Derek Stepan off the point to a forward spot on the second unit with Zuccarello and Anisimov.”

Matt Gilroy will take Stepan’s spot on the point.

…the power play really has been awful this year. To me that starts and ends with Gaborik. Get him going and the power play looks a whole lot better.
