I've been wondering where UC stands in the national eye after the loss to South Florida. To remedy that, I took a look at bowl projections. It's not going to shock you that no one picked Cincinnati to win the American. It's also not going to shock you that no one is projecting Cincinnati to land the second bowl.

The December 28 Pinstripe Bowl is scheduled for noon. Cincinnati basketball plays host to Nebraska at 4. That seems like a good fit. The January 4 Pittsburgh Panthers Memorial Bowl is slated for a 1 pm kick. That directly conflicts with Cincinnati's game against Memphis, which starts at noon. Also another bowl game with Vanderbilt would kind of suck and I don't want to see that.
Of course the bowl game I would want to see out of all of these is the Brian Kelly Bowl with Cincinnati and Notre Dame. So let's make that happen someone. Ready, break.
