While New Jersey governor Chris Christie continues to leaving people guessing as to whether or not he’s going to run for President in 2016, there’s one job he knows he wants for sure.
“I would love to be general manager of the Mets,” Christie said Friday during an appearance on WFAN 660-AM’s “Boomer and Carton” radio show. “And if Sandy (Alderson) would put his crap in boxes and get out of there now, I’d be happy to go there right now if they needed me.”
What about Christie’s qualifications? He’s a lifelong fan and played catcher on high school baseball team and considering the Mets haven’t had a winning season since 2008…I’m guessing fans wouldn’t mind a change.
Oh…feel free to add your own bridge joke here.
