In Johan Franzen's second game back from a concussion, the Ottawa Senators' goon tried to goad Franzen into a fight, and when Franzen smartly refused to drop the gloves, Neil unbuckled Franzen's helmet, gave him a right jab to the side of the head and then tossed Franzen into the boards.
