The Coaches Poll was just released. I have one question for the coaches.
Who the hell are the two coaches who voted Georgia as #1?
Ohio State is ranked #14, seems fair to me.
Other concerns I have….
- Florida is 4th, with 1 #1 vote. After watching both USC and Florida play, how could anybody think the Gators are a better team?
- Auburn is #9. If a Big Ten school beat freaking Mississippi State by a final of 3-2, do any of you really think they wouldn’t drop in the polls? This SEC circle-jerk must end now.
- Wisconsin moves up to #8. I like that spot for them.
- Oregon is #12. I don’t think that performance yesterday should have boosted them 4 spots, but OK, whatever.
- The Mormons are taking over. BYU is #11, Utah #20.
- Illinois squeaked by Louisiana-Lafayette and got back in the poll again? They were unranked last week, now they’re 23.
- Notre Dame received votes?
