Colts sign saftey…cut Giordano

The Colts signed a special teams specialist today

The Indianapolis Colts continued to tweak their roster heading into the season, agreeing to terms with safety Aaron Francisco. The five-year veteran agreed to a one-year, $620,000 contract and will be added to the 53-player once he passes a physical. It wasn’t immediately known which player the Colts waived to make room for Francisco.

They also filled most of the practice squad:

running back Mike Hart, wide receivers Sam Giguere, John Matthews and Taj Smith, offensive lineman Jaimie Thomas, tight end Colin Cloherty and defensive lineman John Gill.

We are all glad to see Mike Hart back for sure.
