Obviously, KVB being unable to go is big news.  Dave Ball will start in his place.  For the Colts, Dom Rhodes starts for Addai, Mike Pollak for Federkeil at RG, Tim Jennings for Hayden at CB, and Melvin Bullitt for Sanders at safety.
