McAfee out on the field already. Looks like shorts and shoulder pads this afternoon.

More players trickling onto field now: Collie, Gonzo, Silva.
Collie, Hart, Blair White, Brandon King, Silva returning kicks. J. James, Moore, Gonzo, White, B. James catching punts.
Special teams breakout groups. Gunner working on getting off jams, rushers working on closing for blocks.
McAfee letting loose some boomers now. Kicking from his own 10 (Los at 20) routinely to the other 20 or 25.
WR drill order, 87, 17, 11, 85, 10, 14. Then the rookies, White, James, and Guice.
Brown just busted a nice run. Maybe he is a “power back.” BTW, Addai is a spectator this afternoon.
WRs vs. DBs: Manning drops in a long bomb to Gonzo vs. Lacey.
Manning is sharp. (duh). Hayden a little frustrated after getting shook by Garçon. Manning follows with a rope to Collie.
Saturday, Diem, and Sanders also sitting out.
Fans should be very excited about this group of receivers with this quarterback.
First team offense working on screen passes. 3/4 speed.
Full team now. Manning absolutely carving up the defense. Wayne over the middle, Wayne quick slant, etc.
Some interesting stunts on defense. Freeney dives way inside, LB loops way outside.
Pat Angerer breaks through to make Hart change direction in the backfield. Would have been tackle for loss.
Defense finishes that segment doing a little better. Pressure forces a Manning incompletion on last play. Seven on seven next. Linemen rest.
Manning goes 6-6, TD, during seven on seven segment. Gonzo caught the TD down right sideline.
Painter looks sharp too. 4-4 including a long pass to Tamme down the seam. Versus mostly no. 2s.
Manning finishes 7-on7 segment 10-of-11. Got another deep one to Gonzo in there as well. Not a TD but 35-yards plus.
Full team again. Manning first pass intended for Wayne is incomplete.
Now a false start and Christensen chewing someone’s butt.
Clark gets a medium lick on Silva after a run and catch. The crowd loves it.
Practice wrapping up now. I have a lot more notes to write about … Check back later tonight for a report.

Hart, Silva, Collie, Giguere, Gonzo, and B. James all taking kickoff return snaps in drills. B king too.
Almost all of the WRs look sharp, with the exception of Taj Smith.
Jerry Hughes got on the field 5 minutes ago. Got pics.
Phil B. Richards – Updates
Rookie DE Jerry Hughes did light work this afternoon at camp, a few hours after he inked a five-year contract. He’s happy to be here.
Some Colts practiced this afternoon that didn’t this morning at camp. Typical 1-a-day philosophy. Freeney, Ugoh, Pollak among those in PM.
Don’t be surprised if the Colts’ starters at guard, at least for the start of preseason, are Tony Ugoh (LG) and Mike Pollak (RG).
