COMCAST DELIVERS WORLD CUP IN NEXT-GENERATION 3DExtensive World Cup Experience Also Available In HD, English, Spanish — Live, On Demand and Online
PHILADELPHIA, PA – June 2, 2010 – Comcast, the nation’s leading provider of entertainment, information and communication products and services, announced it will deliver a multiplatform experience of the 2010 FIFA World Cup that includes: every FIFA World Cup match live in its entirety, live games in 3D from ESPN 3D, games On Demand the next day and online coverage with live games and the latest news. Comcast will also provide customers the world’s premier soccer tournament in both English and in Spanish. Comcast will bring viewers the first match-up featuring South Africa versus Mexico in next-generation 3D from ESPN 3D on June11th. Throughout the World Cup, Comcast will feature up to 25 matches in 3D from ESPN 3D. Additional World Cup coverage includes:
- Live games in SD and HD from ESPN and ABC with closed captioning
- Live games available in Spanish* via Univision in SD and HD
- 50 live matches in Portuguese* available from ESPN Deportes
- All 64 World Cup matches On Demand next day from ESPN and Univision On Demand at Sports & Fitness > 2010 World Cup

- Live games online at ESPN3 <http://espn.go.com/espn3/> with six different languages: English, Portuguese, Arabic, German, Japanese and Korean;
