The Red Sox had a great comeback win tonight in Houston. Marco Scuatro led off the game with a homer before the bats took five innings off. Wakefield had a rough night but managed to get through five and a third innings. He gave up five runs on eleven hits. The bats woke up in the seventh to regain the lead. Drew led off the inning with a single, Salty singled, Reddick doubled, Sutton singled and D-Mac was hit by a pitch before Scuts made the first out of the inning. Pedey then singled followed by a Gonzo double. Youk and Drew then got out to end the inning after the team batted around and put up six runs.
The bullpen held the lead with Dan Wheeler picking up his first win and Pap earned his 16th save.
