The Cleveland Indians have hired Terry Francona as their manager. Francona interviewed for the position at the end of last week. He will replace Indians interim manager Sandy Alomar Jr. who also interviewed for the position. Alomar Jr. is said to be on the list of potential managers for the Red Sox.
