Tampa Bay Buccaneer placekicker Connor Barth converted on 49, 26, and 28 yards yesterday and is perfect this year kicking 6 for 6 on the season. He now has 43 FGs with the team, moving him into a tie for the 5th most FGs in Bucs history. Barth is also a perfect 54 for 54 on PATS as a Bucs kicker.
Basically, Barth has passed up all the Bucs kickers who played for a year or two. Next up are the main players, the Bucs career kickers in its history; Iggy, Matt Bryant, Como Husta Husted, and Automatica. Barth has a great future if he stays healthy.
Michael Koenen continued his great Free Agency season with the Bucs, punting 3 times for a 43.0 average, with a long of 50 and 1 downed inside the 20. The Falcons averaged only 8 yards per punt return, only bringing back 2. Atlanta had 19.3 yards on Kickoff returns to the Bucs 24.0, furthering the top ranked Bucs special teams.
