“He’s improved greatly in terms of anticipation and understanding what he has to do,” Polian said. “He had a very difficult transition coming from a totally, completely blitzing defense at Georgia Tech into a read defense here. He’s done very well.

“You can see marked improvement in his reads. You can see marked improvement in his reaction. You see physicality we saw when he was at Georgia Tech. He’s delivering those kind of blows more and more readily.”
