Former Oakland Raider offensive tackle Cornell Green has signed with the Buffalo Bills for a three year $9 million contract per NFL.com’s Jason La Canfora.
Green spent three years in Oakland. During this time he started the majority of the games at right tackle. He had issues with penalties, with many of them coming at the most inopportune times. It seemed inevitable that when the Raiders would get into goal to go situations he would have a false start or a holding call.
Letting Green walk could signify that the Raiders are expecting Khalif Barnes to improve on his performance last season.
