It appears to be the ring finger of Cousins’ left hand. This isn’t Francisco Garcia vs. the exercise ball, but it looks painful. With the style of play that DeMarcus Cousins plays, I wouldn’t be surprised to see this type of injury quite often from the rookie big man.
With the Kings long history of injury woes, I doubt anyone in the Sacramento front office is sharing the “lmao” sentiment right about now.
