The Cowboys could be looking at the future at Linebacker with the latest selection of Anthony Hitchens, OLB, Iowa #119 in the 4th round. The Cowboys obviously had him targeted from the get go. I’ll be honest, this selection was not predicted by anyone in the media or anyone is the Cowboys blogosphere, but he’ll be in the mix and should protect us from some issues we’ve had with Sean Lee and Bruce Carter.
We’ll see where they decide to plug Hitchens at, we could see some shuffling around, or Hitchens could supplant someone. Let’s go Hitchens! We need some durable play making players! Welcome to Cowboys Nation!
