The C's cruised to a 102-86 victory tonight over the Bucks. This truly was a systematic execution. The Celtics defense was absolutely stiffling through 3 quarters. The offense was efficient and effortless. I especially loved the production from the point guard position. Rondo had 16 pts and 10 assists. And Sam Cassell (10 pts, 4 asst, 4 reb) played his best game in a Celtics uniform. All this and the starters each played 25 minutes or less. Both the Hawks and Pacers won, so Atlanta remains 2 games ahead (with 3 to play) of Indiana in the battle for the 8th playoff spot.
Injury Update: Leon Powe sat out with a sore right foot. Eddie House did not dress because of a strained right groin.
