Oakland Raiders halfback Darren McFadden was one of three players nominated for the FedEx Ground Player of the Week. This award is decided based on fan voting, and the winner will be announced Friday on NFL.com.
McFadden carried the ball a career high 30 times against the St Louis Rams for 145 yards with a long of 30. This gave him a 4.8 yards per carry average. This game was another big step in his development, as he has looked like a whole new player this season.
