Dallas Lewallen to 2014 Badger Football

Another day another lineman. Funny how that works in a sport with pretty set jersey guidelines. We are now only 73 days away from kickoff in Houston, so let’s take a look at redshirt senior Dallas Lewallen.

Lewallen’s Story So Far:

– Played and started in seven games in 2013 before getting injured.

– Made Badger debut in 2011 and played in four games and earned first letter in 2012.

– Named offensive scout player of the year in 2010.

What to Expect in 2014:

Before his injury, I would say to expect him to start every game and be one of the leaders of the offensive line. While I still see this is a great possibility, injuries tend to nag and he missed spring practice while he recovered. When healthy, I see him starting at left guard, or maybe center. A lot also depends on fellow lineman Dan Voltz who also missed the spring practice while nursing an injury.
