The Denver Broncos stay perfect on the season and also add to the scoring onslaught by beating the Dallas Cowboys in the last seconds 51-48. While it wasn’t a decimation like the last four weeks, The Broncos broke 50 points for the second time this year, and are now averaging a staggering 46 points per game through five games.

Although quarterback Peyton Manning finally threw his first interception, it didn’t stop him and the Broncos offensive attack showing that it is the number one team in the NFL. Manning shared the ball around where even running back Ronnie Hillman had four receptions for 42 yards. However, the main receiver for Broncos that showed up again was tight end Julius Thomas who had an amazing game with nine catches with 122 yards and two touchdowns.

The almighty question for the Broncos is can they keep this insane offensive pace of scoring and sheer offensive stats? Considering they have the Jacksonville Jaguars next week at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium, there is no reason to think these numbers won’t go up even higher for at least another week. If they do in fact keep this pace Manning will be named MVP of the league and it will almost certainly be unanimous in the voting.

All and all, even though it’s only through week five; however the Denver Broncos’ offense is nothing short of amazing and in this era of football there’s no reason why this could not last the rest of the 2013 season. Also, the 19 other NFL teams that don’t have to play the Broncos in this regular season will have to be counting their blessings that they didn’t have to play them this year.
