DeRozan & Lowry put up All-Star numbers in road win over 76ers; 104-95

Kyle Lowry put on a show for his hometown Philadelphia family & friends in attendance, and DeMar DeRozan had another huge scoring night, helping the Raptors earn a 104-95 win over the Philadelphia 76ers. With the win, the Raptors' 22nd of the season, Toronto is currently sitting in 3rd spot in the Eastern Conference.

Kyle Lowry was a catalyst in every aspect of the game, posting a triple double; the fouth of his career. He scored 18 points (including 3-5 from 3 point range), handing out 13 assists, grabbing 10 rebounds, while only committing ONE turnover.

Coming off his career high 40 points, DeMar DeRozan had another monster performance, scoring 34 points (10-22 from the field, and 13-16 free throws) while adding 9 rebounds. Terrence Ross provided some supplemental scoring, adding 10 points of his own. Raptors' reserves Patrick Patterson and John Salmons made key contributions off the bench, scoring 11 points and 12 points respectively.

Sixers standout rookie, Michael Carter-Williams, led Philadelphia with 20 points and 5 assists, and Sixers' center, Spencer Hawes, posted a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds. Three other 76ers scored in double digits, Evan Turner (13), Thaddeus Young (16), Hollis Thompson (15),  but despite the balanced scoring Philadelphia didn't have enough to get past the Raptors in this game.

The Toronto Raptors return home to face the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night. The game will be the 2nd game of a back to back, for both teams – both having won their games last night.
