– Must be able to cook for an enntire team, as well as coaches and staff on game day, as well as 2 separate meals for diners with a particular palette.
– Must be able to cook a nuanced Swedish cuisine.

– Must be comfortable with unique ingredients, like whole, recently deceased pigeons, bat wings, pebbles, human hair and lefse.
