Clippers head coach Doc Rivers was so caught up in arguing with the officials during Thursday’s game against the Mavericks that he lost track of himself — literally.
It happened in the final seconds of the third quarter, when Patrick Beverley was called for a reach-in foul, which Rivers clearly did not agree with. He made that very clear by arguing with the refs immediately afterward, quickly moving toward them at a speed that made him wipe out and take a spill.

Clippers was OK afterward, which was evidenced by the way he got right up and continued on barking at the ref — this time doing so right in his face.
