When you see how poised Los Angeles Dodgers rookie Yasiel Puig is on the field, you forget that the guy is just 22-year-old. But when you follow the outfielder on Twitter, you remember that he's every bit his age…and dude LOVES Instagram.
You'll remember that last month, when the Dodgers returned to New York to take on the Yankees, Puig made time to get out and rub elbows with Jay-Z, Robinson Cano and CC Sabathia.
You know it, because the kid documented it all via social media.
And while the baseball world was watching his fellow Cuban import Yoenis Cespedes crush it during the Home Run Derby, where was Puig? Right where you would be if you could…hanging out with Snoop, Chris Brown and John Wall at the Playboy Mansion.
So, when the ESPYs rolled around Wednesday night, I wondered to myself…"are they still a thing?"
The answer? Yes. And you know how I know?
Yup, that's the Dodgers phenom and his buddies again documenting "Puigmania" and posing for pictures with John Wall (again) and rapper The Game.
Oh, and how about Colin Kaepernick and Ricardo Lockette from the San Francisco 49ers? Yeah, he tracked them down too. At this rate, I'm not sure if you're in the minority if you have or haven't been photographed with Puig.
So, yeah, I'm not sure if Puig has any endorsement deals in the works (yet), but I think I have a suggestion if anyone is listening. And it rhymes with "binstagram".
