Dolphins to sign Ndamukong Suh

Wild Card Playoffs - Detroit Lions v Dallas Cowboys

In most people’s mind, defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was the most prized free agent in the NFL.

Aside from the occasional on the field antics, Suh was a perfect player for any team needing an all purpose defensive tackle. Suh is young and driven, and since 2010, Suh ranks first in snaps, sacks, and disrupted dropbacks among defensive tackles. (per ESPN Stats and Info)

Many teams were rumored to be suitors for Suh. According to reports, team’s such as the Oakland Raiders, and the Seattle Seahawks showed some degree of  interest, along with Suh’s former team, the Detroit Lions.

Nothing is official quite yet, but many reports have come in stating that Suh is expected to sign a $114M deal with $60M guaranteed with the Miami Dolphins.

Miami was tied for 16th in the NFL for sacks, but with the addition of Suh, expect Miami DE Cameron Wake and others to excel even more with the double-teams Suh will require from offensive lines.

What do you think? Is Suh worth that kind of coin? Can Suh and the Dolphins pose a legitimate threat to Brady and Co. for top of the AFC East? Do I ask too many questions?
