DVR Alert: The Penn State Basketball Story Debuts Sunday

Set your DVR devices hoops fans. The Penn State Basketball Story is set to debut on Sunday, December 18 in the State College viewing area and across the Penn State television sports network (check your local listings).

According to a pres release issued by Penn State there will be eight episodes this season and they will air nationally on Big Ten Network, with the national telecast airing on Tuesday, December 20.

During the show fans will get an inside look at where Penn State stands on reaching their basketball goals, where they fit in the Big Ten picture and how Patrick Chambers is adapting to life as Penn State basketball’s head coach.

From the Penn State press release;

Saturday’s first episode will feature a look at coach Patrick Chambers’ first days on the job and the Nittany Lions’ non-conference season thus far, which has featured the break-out play of junior guard Tim Frazier who currently leads the Big Ten in assists (7.2 apg) and ranks fourth in scoring (17.4), third in steals (2.3) and ninth in rebounding (5.6).
