I don’t usually post on stuff like this, but Erik Kramer is the only QB in my lifetime to quarterback the Detroit Lions within throwing distance of the Super Bowl. Kramer was the Lions’ QB in 1991 when the Lions went 12-4 and lost in the NFC Championship to the Washington Redskins. It was the first year I really remember as a fan and coincidentally the first time the Lions made the playoffs in my life. Erik Kramer reportedly tried to take his own life on Tuesday, but survived.
Pray for Krame.
